TELECOMWORLDWIRE-25 February 2000-Latest WAP-enabled mobile from Ericsson unveiled (C)1994-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http:// www.m2.com Ericsson has unveiled their 'most colourful to date' A2618 mobile phone. The phone offers WAP over SMS and can also be personalised in many ways, including exchangeable snap-on covers and changing the start-up shows by adding a favourite song or the picture of a loved one or celebrity. The phone is the latest addition to the Ericsson A-class range, measures 131x51x25mm and weighs 140g. Extra features that are to be included in the phone are WAP services, voice dialling and answering, profiles that adjust your phone to different situations and three different games.
