Layton restaurant firm to open Iggy's eatery in West Jordan

H.I.P. Enterprises, the Layton-based owner of several restaurants in northern Utah, plans to build its third Iggy's location at 7268 So. Plaza Drive, West Jordan.

Groundbreaking will commence by the end of August, though the project is still out to bid, said Alex Protasevich, architect on the project along with Brent Fredrickson of ARC/Artel Architecture. The restaurant is scheduled to be completed in December.

The second Iggy's was opened in March 2001 in Layton, and the Jordan Landing restaurant will be similar in look and feel...
