Sound advice appreciated in the trenches
It is quite refreshing to finally read an article from "academia" that is both realistic and accurate ("List selection drives results/' Feb. 9, P. 26).
Your article gives great advice to business marketers. As a list broker working in the trenches on a daily basis, I really appreciate you giving marketers good, sound advice rather than a lot of the mis-leading information that is often provided in these publications.
