Libertel-Vodafone selects KVS's e-mail management software

TELECOMWORLDWIRE-12 June 2001-Libertel-Vodafone selects KVS's e- mail management software (C)1994-2001 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http:// www.m2.com Libertel-Vodafone, a Dutch-based mobile network operator and part of Britain's Vodafone Group, has deployed KVS Plc's Enterprise Vault e-mail management system to its 4,000 users. Working together with Microsoft's Exchange system, Enterprise Vault offers Libertel-Vodafone such features as automatic, policy-driven mailbox and public folder archiving, PST import and mandatory mail retention. The e-mail management software also allows companies to decide on their own retention policy, including when to move information as it ages from front-line system storage to secondary online storage in the Vault, to tertiary back-up storage and finally to deletion within a specified time period.
