ORLANDO, Fla.--The Air Force is expeted to offer a formal request for proposal (RFP) for the battle management command and control (BMC2) portion of the Air Force's planned Multi-sensor Command and Control Aircraft project in May, according to the Lockheed Martin- led industry team formed for the competition.
