Abstract

Under sequestration cuts that may be imposed in FY-16, ACV Increment 1.1 would be "indefinitely delayed" because of insufficient trade space within the Marine Corps' modernization account to afford it, according to written congressional testimony from Lt. Gen. Kenneth Glueck, deputy commandant for combat development and integration and Thomas Dee, deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for expeditionary programs and logistics management.
