The owner of the Sutton Park office campus in Valhalla may use the development rights it has long held for a 120,000-square-foot building there now that it is in talks for two-thirds of that space.
Louis Dreyfus Property Group president Jeffrey Sussman said the developer is negotiating with a potential lessee for 80,000 square feet. He would not identify the would-be tenant.
Sussman discussed Sutton Park and the rest of the Louis Dreyfus portfolio in Westchester and Fairfield during a June 17 address before the Commercial & Investment Division of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, held at the board's White Plains offices.
