ACKNOWLEDGING PAMELA'S POWER TO INSPIRE A GREATER WORKPLACE
Congrats on Pamela Ruebusch's superb column "The Power of Acknowledgement" in the February issue. It was great reading. I fully agree that this power does indeed create an environment to motivate, stimulate and inspire fresh ideas.
At Confederation Freezers we try to emulate this style of management and the individual growth as perceived by our staff members is certainly magic.
