AXIOM WINS TWO SEPARATE CONTRACTS
Axiom Real Estate Management Inc., a New York-based joint venture between Grubb Ellis and IBM, has been appointed to manage more than 8 million sq. ft. of IBM facilities in Kingston and Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Axiom has also been named facilities coordinator for Fireworks Partners, an Atlanta-based multimedia unit of IBM Personal Systems.
TWO OWNERS SELECT JACKSON-CROSS
Philadelphia-based Jackson-Cross * Oncor International has been selected as facilities manager for 3.5 million sq. ft., which includes Two Liberty Place and 1650 Arch Street in Philadelphia, by CIGNA Investments, Bloomfield, Conn.
LOS ANGELES PROPERTY APPOINTS CHICAGO FIRM
MS Management Services, a Chicago-based property and asset management firm serving institutional clients, has been named the management and leasing company for the Security Pacific Building, a 1.4 million sq. ft. office building located in downtown Los Angeles. New York-based Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. owns the building.
JOINT VENTURE APPOINTS WINTHROP MANAGEMENT
