Angry Photobition shareholders have accused the now defunct graphics group of "corporate terrorism" and former chief executive Eddie Marchbanks of leading "a reign of fear and terror... driven by personal greed".
The Photobition Forum, set up by Photobition co-founder Bob Bushby, first met with directors on July 31 and had been demanding the removal of chief executive Eddie Marchbanks and a quick exit from Photobition's loss-making US operations.
The Forum was desperate to keep Photobition going as a plc so that shareholders could finally get some return.
It won support from small shareholders, but the institutions which owned 48%...
