MarketSoft Corp., based in Lexington, MA, has developed Cross Sell Hub, a unique end-to-end cross-selling tool that links individual users with the extended network of various business processes within a financial services company.
"Marketsoft has built a bridge between product lines and/or lines of business," said vice president and chief marketing officer, Mike Kozub. "It works regardless of whether it is a diversified financial organization or a single line of business organization."
In a "complicated case scenario," he said, taking as an example Citicorp, which has retail banking, insurance, mortgage and many other product lines, each of these lines may have "an isolated relationship with a customer." Cross Sell Hub allows Citicorp "to leverage the knowledge that comes as part of doing business with that customer," he said, on behalf of the entire enterprise.
