Citigroup's repeated changes to the structure of its global capital markets hierarchy have resulted in the loss of Marwan Marshi, one of its most experienced fixed income bankers.
After 20 years with the bank, most recently as global head of fixed income capital markets, Marshi quietly left the firm in May, with no announcement of his future plans.
"I've worked with Marwan for as long as I've been here. He's a great guy and I'm sad to see him go," said one manager in the US debt capital markets group in New York.
