On Oct. 29, the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences will celebrate the start of construction on its 9-story, 90,000square-foot Worcester Living and Learning Center at 25 Foster St. The college has hired Perkins and Will architects to design the new space, and Payton Construction Corp. has been chosen as the construction manager.
