The content corresponds to much of what is found in Mergent manuals such as Mergent Industrial News Reports, Mergent OTC Industrial News Reports, and Mergent Public Utility News Reports. Probably the most widely used module is U.S. Company Data, covering 10,00015,000 US AMEX, NYSE, and NASDAQ companies. This module is enhanced with a robust collection of annual reports. Users are able to keyword search EDGAR filings and to print filings in HTML, Word, PDF, or Excel formats. The EDGAR "filing type" menu employs user-friendly language.
