Millbrook Bank System to acquire SNB Bancorp

Millbrook, N.Y.-based Millbrook Bank System Inc., through unit Bank of Millbrook ($132.5 million), on April 20 agreed to acquire Pine Plains, N.Y.-based SNB Bancorp Inc. and its unit, Stissing National Bank of Pine Plains ($42.0 million).
