Trish Scully Streamlines Production
Newport Beach, CA-based children's wear firm Trish Scully has relocated its manufacturing operations from California to a production facility overseas. The move is expected to generate significant cost efficiencies for the company, which will lead to reductions in product pricing ranging from 10 percent to as much as 60 percent in some cases, according to Founder Trish Scully. For example, whereas in the past a dress would have wholesaled between $42 and $45, it will now wholesale for $24 and $28. Armed with better pricing and more streamlined production capabilities, the company anticipates being in a position to considerably grow its customer base. "These changes will translate to an easier sale for our retailers, as well as expand our clientele by allowing customers to afford the same luxury that was once untouchable," Scully says. 949.497.2969
