WATERLOO, Ont.--Mortice Kern Systems has released a new Internet software package for PCs called Internet Anywhere 2.1. The "all-in-one" package offers a World Wide Web browser, e-mail software, Usenet news access, FTP, Telnet, Ping and Finger.
According to the company, the software is easily configurable and supports SLIP, PPP and UUCP connections. A "First Time Personalization" program walks the user through each step of the configuration process and connects him or her to a pre-configured Internet access provider with more than 1,100 local access points and up to 30 days...
