MSNBC (http://www.msnbc.com), theMSNBC Tests New Ad Model joint online venture between Microsoft and NBC, announced last week its plans to offer interstitial advertising - or "transition banners" - on its site. There is one test advertiser signed for a two-week trial that will begin April 15.
