Northrim Bank hired Ervin Hetemi as small business lender and promoted Micah Scott to associate vice president, BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Deposit Compliance manager. Hetemi joins Northrim Bank with nearly 10 years of experience in banking. He has worked for various financial institutions in Alaska, including positions in the branch and business development Hetemi is currently working on his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Scott has been with Northrim Bank since 2006, where she has worked in retail banking in operations and sales and joined the Compliance Department in 2013.
The Alaska Support Industry Alliance board of directors approved executive committee members at its November meeting. Three incumbents were reelected to the board: Adam Cram with Northern Industrial Training; Wyche Ford with Fluor, Ben Schoffmann with Kakivik Asset Management and CCI Industrial. Reed Christensen with Dowland-Bach, who previously served on the board, was elected for another term. Greg Miller with Cruz Companies, Dave Myers with Alaska Crane, and Scott Odell with Halliburton were elected to fill out the remaining three seats. All directors elected will serve a three-year term.
