CHARLOTTE - Mulvaney Homes, a Charlotte home builder with growing Triad operations, was indeed up for sale earlier this year and will likely be sold once its home sales regain momentum from a twoyear slump, according to the company's new general manager.
Mulvaney General Manager Gary Shamp, who returned to the company in early November after a nearly threemonth hiatus, said it is likely that parent company ALH Holdings in New York will sell Mulvaney once sales numbers start to improve.
"Is ALH ultimately going to market this company for sale? I would probably say yes," Shamp told the Charlotte Business journal, a sister publication.
