Nassda HSIM goes high-end

"Many of our users have been using (HSIM) version 1.1 as a full-hip SPICE simulator," said Sang Wang, chief executive officer of Nassda and the founder of Epic Design Technology, now owned by Synospys Ins Wang said users have found that HSIM is 1,000 times faster than SPICE, and can simulate full circuits containing tens to hundreds of millions of transistors that SPICE could not handle.
