NB CLARKE can base 10 vehicles and five trailers at a unit in Coopies Haugh, Coopies Lane Industrial Estate, Morpeth, subject to the following undertakings:
* an audit will be conducted by a competent independent person by June 2015. The scope of the audit shall include systems for the management of maintenance, driver licensing, drivers' hours and working time.
