Abstract
In November a new 100-t Danieli (www.danieli.com) electric furnace and a four-strand FastCast caster for large specialty steel blooms started operation at the Hengyang Steel Tube Co. Ltd. melt shop in Hengyang, China. The steelmaker is part ? the Hunan Valin Group.
