Comments are due June 24 on a Boise Project Board of Control proposal to build a 15-megawatt hydropower plant immediately downstream from Arrowrock Dam on the Boise River, generating electricity for sale.
The reinforced concrete structure, proposed for the rock shelf below Arrowrock Dam, would be 50 feet wide, 80 feet long and 70 feet high from foundation to top, an application notice from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said.
