Looking for space in an area industrial park?
You are in luck, especially if you are interested in space in a new or expanding park. Space in existing parks is somewhat limited, but several new parks are in various stages of development and offer businesses room to grow.
A few well-established parks have some lots available. For example, the Lincoln Corporate Center in Exeter Township has one large, 30-acre site left.
"It happens to be three lots, but it probably will be sold as one lot," says Richard McDougall of McDougall Burkey Associates, manager of the park.
The 140-acre park, which has a mix of light industrial, office, warehouse and light production, was established in 1990.
There also is one building in the park with about 40,000 square feet that is available for lease, McDougall says.
McDougall Burkey Associates also manages the Berks Corporate Center in Muhlenberg Township, which was established in 1987. The park is comprised of eight buildings with about 400,000 square feet of space.
"We have a couple of spaces available there," McDougall says, "maybe 20,000 square feet that is available now."
