Following the acquisition of Trowbridge-based Alpin & Barrett (A&B) by Cultor and the merger of Danisco with Cultor, key services of A&B are to be restructured.The shipping department is to relocate Beaminster where manufacturing, technical and general management functions are already housed. Sales and finance functions will be handled Danisco Cultor's Wellingborough office where Nicola Forson will take over Judith Hutchins' global role for customer support ahead of Ms Hutchins' retirement at the end of January.Steve Lodge will look after Nisaplin, Natamax and other products in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, reporting to Danisco Cultor sales offices. John Trigg will be part of the Food Safety and Preservation Strategic Business Unit and will cover the Americas and Asia Pacific, while retaining some marketing responsibilities for Nisaplin and Natamax on a global basis.
