New Cumberland-based Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers Inc. named Dave Straub an IT manager. He also will advance the firm's GIS capabilities. He has a BS in geography from Syracuse University. Kevin Kline was named a computer-assisted drafting designer with the site and civil engineering department. He has a degree in design and drafting from ITT Institute.
The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council named Robert J. Price executive director. He has experience in association management, volunteer coordination, strategic planning and fundraising, most recently as a consultant. He also was director of association and member services with the Pennsylvania Builders Association and executive director of Downtown State College Partnership Inc. He has a bachelor's degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Cincinnati.
