Architecture/ Engineering
Michael Baker Jr. Inc. named Steven L. Barber vice president and principal of its Harrisburg office. He will oversee day-to-day activities, as well as business development and client relationships. He is a professional engineer with a BS in civil engineering from Penn State University.
Harrisburg-based Murray Associates Architects named Tim Yon and Charlie Lartz project managers. Yon has 16 years of experience and an associate degree in architectural technology from Harrisburg Area Community College. Lartz has 12 years of design experience and an associate degree in specialized technology from York Technical Institute. Kirsten Sheffer was named an interior designer. She has a BS in interior design from Philadelphia University.

Bills was named a management and sales development training officer with the human resources training and development department. He was a store manager with Wells Fargo Bank.
