An exit from NIBC, the Dutch bank, may finally be in sight for JC Flowers after the bank filed an intention to float document on Monday.
The IPO on Euronext Amsterdam will consist of a 35% stake sold by JC Flowers, plus a greenshoe. Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley are global coordinators, ABN Amro and ING Bank bookrunners.
Founded in 1945 to facilitate the economic reconstruction of the Netherlands after the Second World War, NIBC is headquartered in the Hague and has around 400,000 retail clients and 700 corporate clients.
