An electronics manufacturer is leaving its 30-year-old headquarters in Norwalk, and city officials are hoping a big-box retailer will buy the space.
Framatome Connectors USA Inc. will move all 190 employees out of a 12-acre site on Richards Avenue to the York-Hanover area of Pennsylvania within the next year, said Communications Director JoAnne Peck.
The company already has two manufacturing facilities in that area, and Peck said the move is a way of consolidating resources.
