Two big names in the employment law arena have announced moves to new, larger firms.
Nancy S. Shilepsky, an executive advocacy guru and pioneer in the field, is leaving the boutique she helped found to join Boston's Sherin & Lodgen on Feb. 29. It's a two-fold loss for Shilepsky, Hartley, Michon, Robb: her protegee, Brian J. MacDonough, started working at Sherin earlier this month.
No sooner had the news about Shilepsky been publicized when Locke Lord announced that former Foley Hoag co-managing partner Michele A. Whitham joined its Boston office as a partner. Whitham focuses her employment law practice on workplace and corporate data security and privacy.
