Bob Evanson, owner of Northwest Bedding Co., a Spokane mattress manufacturer, says he hopes to begin work as soon as possible on a new building to house Northwest Bedding's North Division retail store, which he as agreed to demolish to accommodate the state of Washington's Division Street widening project.
Evanson plans to replace the 5,000-square-foot store, which is located at the southwest corner of Division and Francis, with a new, 13,600-square foot building.
