George Graham, president and CEO of Torrance (Calif.) Memorial Medical Center, is retiring. Graham, 73, will be replaced by Craig Leach, 50, the facility's COO. Graham will keep a seat on the boards of the hospital and its foundation. ... Chris Noland has been named CEO of Tri-State Memorial Hospital, Clarkston, Wash. Noland, 43, had been CEO of Rush Memorial Hospital in Rushville, lnd. Noland replaces Joseph Lillard, who retired after 16 years in the post. ... MedStar Health in Columbia, Md., appointed Catherine Szenczy senior vice president and CIO. Szenczy, 53, replaces B. Alton Bradley, who retired. Most recently, Szenczy was CIO of St. Francis Care in Hartford, Conn. ......
