Five supply chain lecturer positions have been made permanent at the government's Centre for Management and Policy Studies in the Civil Service College. Richard Anstis moves from the Inland Revenue, where he was head of the e-commerce strategy team. Fiona Field (above) previously worked in contract management and strategic central purchasing at the Home Office. Graeme Jones moves from the Ministry of Defence, where he was involved in international aircraft procurement. Stephen Shaljean-Tilley moves from the former Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. And Winston Kobylka joins from the Government Office for London, where he was involved in contract management.
