She is currently a member of the Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater New Orleans, the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors as an affiliate associate. She is also a past president and treasurer of the MLA. Berggren has served on the board for Plantation Athletic Club and St. Andrew the Apostle's PTA.
