Abstract

When Michael Rosicki joined Parmalat Canada as president and CEO on Nov. 1, he joined a company that had seen tremendous growth in a very short time. That kind of growth spurt often brings with it problems. Rosicki plans to focus on the company's brand and to further familiarize Canadians with their new No. 1 dairy. He plans to spotlight the company's private label, regional and national brands.
