TELECOMWORLDWIRE-18 October 2000-Pathlore acquires Software Education Asia Pacific (C)1994-2000 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http:// www.m2.com The US e-learning management systems provider Pathlore has acquired the assets of Software Education Asia Pacific Ltd, a New Zealand-based reseller of learning management software. Through the deal Pathlore has expanded its presence to the Asia Pacific region. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The acquisition is Pathlore's second this year - seven months ago the company purchased the learning management software developer Silton- Bookman Systems. In other news Pathlore and the electronic learning company InterWise have agreed to integrate Pathlore's learning management system with InterWise's Millennium e-learning delivery platform. The integration will allow companies to use Pathlore's system to deliver and manage live and recorded virtual learning powered by InterWise's software.
