Dutch pension manager and administrator PGGM and cooperative bank Rabobank have applied for a licence with regulator De Nederlandsche Bank to launch a Premiepensioeninstelling (PPI) pension vehicle. The platform, which will be named Rabo BedrijvenPensioen, is specifically aimed at targeting smaller companies, said Spokesman David Uitdenbogaard.
