GREELEY - Building more than 100,000 square feet of new Class-A office space in Greeley, a market where the office vacancy rate hovers near 20 percent, might seem to defy logic.
But partners in a new venture are approaching the task with all the confidence in the world.
Pinnacle Park, a project that will tuck into a 7.5-acre wedge between the driving range at Highland Hills Golf Course and West 20th Street, will go up in phases beginning next month, with the first of seven buildings in the first stage already accounted for by an unnamed professional office user.
