HAVERTOWN, PA. -Phil Cannavo, founder and owner of The Movie & Pizza Co. here, is enlarging the dining area in his store after only one year in business.
The Movie & Pizza Co., an 8,000-square-foot concept that features pizzas and movie rentals under one roof is generating more dine-in business than Cannavo originally had anticipated.
"When we first opened, I thought most of our customers would prefer carryout or delivery, but more and more people want to eat in the store," said Cannavo, who is a veteran of both the restaurant and video-rental industries.
