Abstract
Prior to the Feb. 6 release of the fiscal year 2013 budget request, the Air Force announced that it was canceling the C-130 Avionics Modernization Program (C-130 AMP), a Boeing-led effort that would have significantly improved the cargo jet's internal capabilities.
