PlanetGov, a private federal information technology service provider, said on Thursday it has acquired Skyline Software Systems, Inc., a developer of geospatial and 3-dimensional visualization software for military and intelligence customers.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
PlanetGov had sales last year around $300 million, about 20 percent of which are related to the defense and intelligence IT market, Paul Collins, chairman of the company and soon to be CEO of Skyline, told Defense Daily on Friday.
