Plante & Moran's recent merger with BKR Dupuis & Ryden helps expand the regional firm's geographic reach in central Michigan by giving it a foothold in Flint. It also bolsters its specialties in municipalities, school districts and not-for-profit organizations.
The deal with D&R, which has revenue of $7.5 million, gives P&M a total of $210 million in annual revenue, 204 partners, 1,450 total staff and 19 offices.
