ROMNEY - One of the state's excursion railroads may be up for sale.
Dave Corbitt, one of the principal owners of the Potomac Eagle and its parent company Eagle Canyon, asked members of the West Virginia State Rail Authority recently to consider a committee to discuss the sale of the Potomac Eagle.
"We need to get two people from Hampshire, two from Hardy and two from Grant and see if they can make the sale happen," Corbitt said.
Corbitt said Mike Gresham, president of Vista Dome Corp. of Colorado Springs, Colo., approached Corbitt and Dan Snyder, a second principal owner, and expressed interest in buying the Potomac Eagle. Corbitt said...
