Mahwah-based Powertech Motion Control, a hydraulic service, engineering and distribution company has been acquired by RG Group, a group of distribution and manufacturing companies based in York, Pa. Powertech President Lars Nilsson will stay on as president and general manager of the company, which will operate as a division of RG Group. Nilsson will also be named vice president of sales and marketing for Mobile Hydraulics, an RG Group business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
