Abstract
Applicon's Bravo CAM version 7.0 is reviewed. Bravo CAM is particularly appropriate for production machining of round and prismatic components and for use in general-purpose machine shops. The basic machining process in Bravo CAM is to input geometry, define the machine tool and cutting tools, establish machining parameters, interactively define the cutter movement, generate Compact II source code and G code, and verify the process.
