Aphelion's Loyalty Program recognizes the member, rewards them and helps with retention. And it saves management time through integration with Aphelion Club Management Software. Users have access to information on everything from attendance and program participation to purchases and referrals. Clubs can implement a program that keeps members loyal to the club by rewarding them for attendance, referrals, program participation, purchases and more. It also provides flexibility to allow managers a variety of point configuration. From caps and T-shirts to restaurants and retail stores, members can redeem their awards through the club's Pro Shop, a commercial redemption center or both. Members can also stay connected by reviewing and redeeming their point balances or by using Aphelion's Interactive Member Services portal.
