Doris Kidd, executive director of the Young Women's Christian Association of Harrison County and winner of the Women-in-Business Advocate award, is a dedicated leader who serves others selflessly.
"We are proud of Doris' initiative and leadership. She is clearly meeting our national mandate and is providing the women of Harrison County with a vehicle for pursuing their dreams, maximizing their talents and contributing to the growth of their community," said Ruth Irving-Parham, director of the YWCA's MidAtlantic Regional Council.
