Information company ProQuest Co. plans to move its headquarters and build a new office building in Ann Arbor.

ProQuest (NYSE: POE) chose to remain in the Ann Arbor area after evaluating other sites in Southeast Michigan and Ohio to house about 1,000 employees now working at five sites. Its current headquarters is on Zeeb Road near 1-94 in Scio Township.
