Abstract

PricewaterhouseCoopers has completed its acquisition of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc., following approval today from Diamond's shareholders. According to the terms of the agreement, all outstanding shares of Diamond were acquired for $12.50 per share in cash.
